We have been replacing the caster wheels on some of our chairs and these Office Chair Caster Wheels by PenTrean LLC are a much better quality wheel than many of the others we have found.
The 3 inch Rollerblade casters are made with PVC material to glide across a variety of flooring materials. I haven't had these office chair wheels for long so I really haven't had a chance to test them properly on many floors, but they do move well on the carpeting under my desk.
These come in a set of 5 casters with a grip ring stem that fits most chairs. The size of the caster wheels is good, and they seem to be quite sturdy. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone who needs to replace the casters on their office chairs.
