Another cool kitchen gadget I recently got is this PSF-C316 2-in-1 Knife and Cutting Board Food Chopper. It is like a knife and a cutting board all built into one. You use it similarly to a pair of scissors. Place food between the blade and the cutting board, then squeeze it shut. It chops all sorts of veggies perfectly.
