I have suffered from arthritis in my knees and hips, and some days it is nearly impossible for me to do those activities that are common everyday tasks for most people. I started taking turmeric supplements a while back after reading how beneficial it can be for joint pain and inflammation, among other things. I have tried a couple of brands, and am currently taking Turmeric Curcumin with Bioperine & Ginger 2415mg/Serving 180 VCaps by Natrogix.
When it arrived, I opened the box to find an offer for a free bottle to anyone who pays full price for their product. I don't know how long this offer lasts, but it might be something to consider if you are thinking about trying it anyway.
The capsules are fairly large, but this is usually the case for most of the supplements I take. The bottle was larger than I expected, but after reading the dosage instructions I discovered that each dose consists of 3 capsules instead of the 1 or 2 capsules I had taken of the previous brands. There are 180 capsules in the bottle, which equals a 30 day supply at the recommended dosage.
It has a higher dose of the main active ingredients plus some extra added ingredients that some of the others don't such as BioPerine® (black pepper fruit extract) and ginger. I like that these are beneficial for so many things including joint pain, inflammation, memory, digestion, and more.
These are gluten-free, allergy-free and non-GMO. They are easy to take, with no horrible aftertaste like you get from some supplements. They seem to be helping with the pain and inflammation, which is always a plus. I haven't been taking it long enough to say for sure if this one is better than some of the others, but so far I am liking it.
I often receive discounts or complimentary samples for evaluation. All thoughts and opinions are always my own and are never influenced by discounts or samples. Questions and comments are always welcome.
