I really like how easy this is to use, and when not in use, it even looks attractive on my counter. I worried when I first opened it because it looked like a lot of parts to be assembled, but it was simple to put it all together without even needing to look at instructions. It works great and can help me prepare my fresh veggies in a variety of ways.
