(Product Review) BBQ Grill Mats - Set of 3, 16" x 13" Works on Gas, Charcoal, Electric Grill and more, 100% Non-stick, Lifetime Guaranteed

During the Summer, we do a lot of grilling. During cooler weather we use the oven for many things like frozen pizza. I used to line the grill and oven with aluminum foil in an attempt to keep things clean. I can think of a variety of uses for these Innoo Tech BBQ Grill Mats that I recently ordered.

I had originally thought mostly about using these for frozen pizza and on the grill during BBQ season when I ordered them, but now that I have them, I find myself using them for a variety of other things too. They work great for lining cookie sheets to save on cleanup, they work well in the microwave, or on my griddle. They are a wonderful alternative to the foil I used to line things with so often because they are reusable and easy to clean. Just remove them from the heat, give them a quick wipe to remove the worst of the grease or whatever, then give them a quick wash with hot soapy water. You can even throw them in the dishwasher if you prefer.

There are three of them in the package, and they can be cut to size if you like. Although I haven't cut mine, I could see where trimming one or two to fit a custom surface might come in handy. I like the 13" x 16" size for many things, although I may trim one of the three down to a smaller size in the future. Right now I prefer to keep them in their original size though.

These work well for cooking a variety of things including frozen pizzas, cookies, chicken breasts, veggies, and more. Lining my cookie sheets with one of these grill mats works really well and the cookies come out nicely browned. There are so many things I can throw together on the mat in the oven too. I'm still experimenting with new uses, but really can't wait until I get a chance to use them outdoors on the barbecue grill. That will be the true test, but for now, I give these 5 stars because I really am enjoying the way foods are coming out and especially enjoying the easy cleanup.
