(Product Review) Ansissy Shower Curtain Hooks, Opening Wider, Set of 12

Over time, some of my older shower curtain rings have become damaged. They still work well enough to support my curtain but it was definitely time for a replacement. I recently purchased a Set of 12 Ansissy Shower Curtain Hooks for my shower. I could have purchased a cheaper set, but this was definitely money well spent.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the package is how heavy these hooks are. They are a solid, heavy duty construction, made of high grade metal brushed nickel. This sturdy construction means that these shower curtain rings won't break or get brittle like some other ones I purchased in the past.

The design is nice as well with a hinged opening so that these rings open widely to easily fit onto the shower rod, making it easy to install my new shower curtain. The hook then snaps securely closed, making it impossible for the shower curtain to come loose from it's hanger until I want to take it down for cleaning or replacement.

This set of 12 shower curtain hooks easily fit any standard shower curtain rod, and with the nice wide opening, would probably fit many non-standard curtain rods as well. The maximum ring diameter is 1.4 inches so it should fit nicely on a rod with a diameter of  anywhere from 1.2-1.3 inches. I have only tested these on my standard shower rods so I can't vouch for the fit on a larger rod, but they do fit very nicely on my standard rods.

Each hook has 5 roller balls on the top, making them glide easily along the rod. They also look very nice with the shiny silver balls along the top of my shower rod. These are a very nice addition to my bathroom decor.
