Naturo Sciences Bone Strength, Contains Vitamin D3, Calcium, FruiteX-B, Aquamin, MK-7, Bromelain, Magnesium and 74 Trace Minerals
This Bone Strength supplement contains vitamin D3 as well as some of the minerals my doctor suggested and more. I haven't been taking them long enough to even notice if there were any health changes as a result of these pills, but I'm sure that it can't hurt to get a little extra health benefit when I can. The only thing I don't like is that the directions call for a serving size of 3 caplets. It wouldn't be so bad if the pills were smaller, but they are a larger pill, and taking 3 at a time is something many people might not find so pleasant.
I don't have a problem with taking the larger pills so it isn't really an issue for me. Even so, if the pills help strengthen my bones, it will definitely be worth taking these pills. I'll keep using them until my supply runs out. Hopefully I will see myself with stronger bones when this happens.
