(Product Review) RockBirds New DC 12V 2.0A Switching Power Supply Adapter For 110V- 240V AC 50/60Hz 2.1mm Black

I wanted to set up a lighting display for my plants and purchased some fo the led lighting strips, but needed a power supply to use with them. I was glad to find an offer to purchase the RockBirds New DC 12V 2.0A Switching Power Supply Adapter For 110V- 240V AC 50/60Hz 2.1mm Black at a discounted price.

Simple and straightforward, this is a wall adapter which powers one of my led light strips which light up my plants and help to keep them happy during the long winter months when I just don't have enough sunny windows for all of my houseplants. This adapter plugs into a standard wall socket, and powers the lights. Included in the package is an adapter which plugs into the output end of the power supply to connect my lights to it. The opposite end of the adapter has a place where you insert the two wire strands from the led light strip, then tighten the two screws to hold them neatly in place.

The power supply works as expected, converting my 110 voltage house current into the 12 volt current that the lighting strips require to operate.  My plants are loving the new lights that I am assembling for them, and I enjoy watching them thrive with the better lighting.

I like that this power supply came with the adapter because this is one less thing that I will need to purchase separately. The only thing I don't like about this item (and it isn't a big deal) is that the screws are so tiny. I couldn't find my precision screwdriver to properly tighten the screws and had to pick up an eyeglasses repair kit so I would have a tiny phillips head screwdriver to complete my project.

I have only been testing this product for a short time, so can't speak for the longevity of the item, but so far it works nicely for the intended purpose which is operating my led lighting strips.
