(Product Review) Number One Nutrition Probiotic Supplement, 11.5 Billion CFUs, 60 Vegetable Capsules

I have been testing and reviewing several health and beauty items. One of these is Number One Nutrition Probiotic Supplement, 11.5 Billion CFUs, 60 Vegetable Capsules.

The idea behind any probiotic supplement is to help support your digestive and immune system health. This product is no exception. Number One Nutrition Probiotic Supplement states that it is intended for relief of digestive discomfort, bloated belly, acid reflux and fatigue. Since I have medical issues that cause me all of the above mentioned symptoms, I decided that it might be a good idea to try this product. I rarely see results nearly as good as those promised from any of this type of healthcare product, but any relief from my symptoms was worth a try.

The product arrived within a couple of days and after removing the protective seal I started by smelling the supplement. Some pills have an offensive odor that really turns my stomach, but these did not. It also did not have a terrible aftertaste like so many other pills I have taken in the past. 

Looking at the pills, they are a rather large capsule. Although some people may have difficulties with larger pills, I have been on multiple medications so long that this isn't really an issue for me. The bottle contains 60 capsules, and each serving consists of 2 capsules, so this bottle is a 30 day supply. 

The directions suggest that these capsules should be taken with a light meal, to help improve your immune system and recommended use after using antibiotics. I have been taking them for several days which is enough to give a general idea of my first impressions, but not really enough to give any long term results.

I really didn't notice much improvement on the first day of taking these, but on the second day my stomach did feel quite a bit better. I suffer from major stomach issues as well as severe acid reflux, and both issues vary greatly from one day to the next, so I can't say for sure how much of the relief is a direct result from this product. Still, I have been feeling better for the past few days since I started taking these, so it very well may be a result of this supplement. I will continue to test these throughout the month.
