I just got this set of silicone molds and haven't gotten to give them a thorough testing yet, but so far I am liking them quite well. I have only made ice cubes in them so far, but will be making some chocolates in them over the next week or two. The set comes with three silicone trays; hearts, sea shells, and stars. Each tray makes 15 pieces of ice, candy, jello, or whatever else you decide to make. These are a food grade silicone, so I will probably stick with food items in the molds for now. I considered using them for resin castings, soaps and candles, but am not sure if this would compromise the molds by using them for non-edible substances like resin.

In any case, they make wonderful ice cubes in the pretty shapes described above. I'm sure they will also work well for some candy decorations for a cake I plan to make for a friend for her birthday. I hope to make some chocolates in them soon, and possibly some jello treats for an upcoming party.

Since I haven't tested them completely with all the goodies I plan to make, I can only speak for making ice cubes for now. They worked well, leaving the beautiful designs in the cubes. Removing the cubes from the trays was simple, and cleanup was easy.
