We recently replaced a clogged shower head with this 6" Rainfall High Pressure Shower Head by HappyMoon Bath Essentials.
The wall mounted adjustable shower head was pretty easy to install. The hardest part was actually getting the old shower head off in order to replace it. It has a good water pressure which is a great improvement over my old clogged unit.
I do miss being able to adjust the spray though, and since this one has a high pressure and no way to restrict the flow, it uses a lot more water than some of the other shower heads I have used. I do like the feel of the rainfall shower head, and would recommend it though. Just know that you will be using more water than some of the restricted or lower flow types.
