My family has been trying to eat healthier foods, which means a lot more fresh fruits and vegetables. Although I sometimes leave the peelings on, I often need to peel apples, carrots, cucumbers or potatoes. When I do, I really appreciate a good quality peeler like the Best Julienne Vegetable Peeler Set.
This set is made of stainless steel and feels sturdy. It is comfortable to hold, and is plenty sharp enough to handle everything I have used it on. I have had no problems with it so far, and have been using it a lot. This is a nice change from the dozen or so peelers I have thrown out over the past few years because they either broke, or just didn't work well. So far I am quite pleased with this peeler.
