(Product Review) Pinched Nerve Neck Cranial Cradle
When I first looked at this Pinched Nerve Neck Cranial Cradle I was pretty sure that it wouldn't be useful for my neck pain and headaches, but I figured that anything was worth a try. I was wrong about it not helping, because it really does.
I use it several times a day, whenever I get a chance to lie down for a few minutes, and it has been helping quite a bit with the neck pain, and I believe that lessening the neck pain is a big part of the reduction in headaches I have been having.
It works in much the same way as when my doctor has put me in traction, by stretching out the neck while keeping it in proper alignment. For me, it was very comfortable to relax on while listening to music when I got a chance to take a break.
My son tried it out, but he said it really didn't do anything for him. He really doesn't have the same neck issues that I have though, so whether or not it helps you will probably depend on what is wrong with your neck in the first place.
I would have given it 4 1/2 stars if I could, but since that isn't allowed I went with 4 stars, mainly because it didn't help my son nearly as much as it helped me.
