During warmer weather I always make sure to take along a blanket or two in the car because you never know when you might need one for such activities as picnics, watching fireworks or parades, spectator sports, and so much more. This small blanket measures 48 by 58 inches which is the perfect size for any of the activities mentioned above. This blanket has a water resistant nylon backing so moisture won't soak through from the damp ground while you enjoy the fourth of July fireworks.
You can also wrap it around yourself when seated on the bleachers watching your favorite little league sports team play their game, and the nylon backing provides a good wind resistance as well. Keep in mind that this blanket is not completely waterproof or windproof, but it does provide a good amount of resistance to the elements.
The blanket is made of polar fleece which provides a good bit of warmth to an otherwise chilly evening, and it is easy to roll up and pack back away when it is time to go home. It is also easy to wash for those unexpected messes. Just toss it in the washing machine and it comes out great.
My granddaughters will be using this a lot this summer for outdoor events, and probably will be using it for sleepovers at my house as well. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this blanket to others.
