This DanceCrazy Muscle Massager Roller Ball DVD - Instructional Massage Rolling Ball is an instructional DVD which demonstrates how to use the Roller Ball which is sold separately.
It starts out by demonstrating some warmups, and then goes into how to use the Roller Ball. Much of what is contained on the DVD is probably familiar to those who have used this type of ball before, but if you haven't then it might be useful to you.
I do think that this DVD would be more useful if sold in a package deal with the ball, but it is not. Unfortunately you need to purchase this separately, or use the ball without it.
