Neither of us have had any problems with them coming loose or slipping. It turns nicely and does a great job of removing callouses and smoothing feet.
I love that there are different roller heads included so you can choose the one that is appropriate for your needs. I like that the different types are color coded, so it is easy to find the head you want at just a quick glance.
I was glad that it came with two of the standard coarse size because my dad mentioned that his needed replaced and I gave him the second one so that he could try it too. It worked great for him and he was very pleased with it and will probably be purchasing a set for himself in the near future.They are easy to change and work well.
