I ordered the Quit Nutrition from The Quit Company, LLC because I am a believer in natural supplements. The serving size is one tablet, and there are 30 tablets in the bottle. This supplement should be taken once daily, preferably in the morning, with food.
It is intended to supplement you with those vitamins that are depleted by smoking, which in turn helps to eliminate nicotine cravings. Keep in mind though that no matter what supplement you take, it isn't an instant cure. You have to actually want to quit, or nothing is going to get you there.
These supplements are a bit larger than some others, but I was able to take them without any trouble. Since I have been taking them I have felt a bit less stress, but I haven't been taking them long enough to tell if they work as described. I plan to continue with the bottle though, and will return and update if my opinion changes.
