I have very poor circulation in my feet and legs.and have been wearing these Compression Foot Sleeves By Treat My Feet - Relief From Foot Pain, Swelling & Edema - Improves Blood Circulation & Provides Achilles Heel & Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support - FDA Registered Ankle Socks in an effort to get the blood and other fluids flowing again.

I deal with swollen feet and ankles on a daily basis and some days it is hard to put these foot sleeves on because of it. Once I get them on though, they are a big help in keeping the circulation going and preventing further swelling.

When possible, I like to wear these to bed at night, and I can wake up in the morning without the aching and throbbing that often accompanies my swollen feet. It makes it so much easier to get off to a good start for the day when you don't wake up to swollen, aching, tired, uncomfortable feet.
