I suffer from several health problems and am always looking for ways to improve my health. I purchased this Advanced Strength Ultra Probiotic 50 Billion CFU w/ Time Release and Moisture Protection Packaging (30 ct) from Life & Food to try to improve my digestive issues.
I have only been taking them for a short time, and am already noticing some improvement. It is too early to tell whether this will work as well as I am hoping, but any improvement is a good start. I will update if my opinion of this product changes over time, but so far I am liking the results.
