(Product Review) Peppermint Oil Mice Repellent Indoor Mouse Deterrent 4 Ounce by Grandpa Gus's
I love the scent of peppermint, but luckily, mice do not. I have applied this Peppermint Oil Mice Repellent Indoor Mouse Deterrent 4 Ounce by Grandpa Gus's to several cotton balls and placed them around areas where mice might try to enter. Since the scent of the peppermint is not a pleasant one for mice, it helps to keep the mice out.
I do wish that the peppermint balls would last longer, but they do need a recharge with a bit more of the oil every two or three days to remain effective. Even so, these are a good short term way to keep mice out, or to drive them out if they are already inside. The included dropper really makes adding additional oil to your cotton balls quick and easy though, so it really isn't a problem to do this once in a while.
I really like the idea of putting a bit of the oil in a defuser to scent the entire room with this peppermint oil repellent. I haven't tried this yet, but it seems that it would get the scent to an entire room more quickly than placing so many cotton balls.
Although I got this product at a discount or received a complimentary sample in exchange for my honest review, all thoughts and opinions on the products I review are always my own and have not been influenced by any discounts or samples which may have been provided to me for testing purposes.
